USDai(USDAI)

Overview

USDai (USD.AI) is a yield-bearing synthetic dollar backed by loans secured against AI hardware, compute infrastructure, and DePIN (decentralized physical infrastructure) assets. The project states a target return in the range of 15–25% APR, and structurally it resembles a high-yield bond index tied to income-generating infrastructure equipment.

The token is designed to track the value of the US dollar, with additional mechanisms intended to let arbitrageurs restore the peg when the price deviates. Its collateral consists of amortizing physical equipment rather than crypto assets or cash reserves, which distinguishes its structure from conventional stablecoin designs.
