TrueUSD(TUSD)

Overview

TrueUSD (TUSD) is a fiat-collateralized stablecoin designed to maintain a 1:1 peg with the U.S. dollar. It is described as a digital asset that uses live on-chain attestations from independent third-party institutions, with reserve and circulating-supply data published on its official website.

TUSD is issued on multiple public blockchains, including Ethereum, TRON, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, Fantom, and Polygon, and is listed on more than 100 trading platforms such as Binance. Its issuer has stated that Chainlink Proof of Reserve is integrated into the minting process, and TUSD was granted statutory status as an authorized digital currency in the Commonwealth of Dominica effective October 7, 2022.
