Overview

The Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (SAFO) is a tokenized UCITS fund launched by Spiko together with Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager. GBPSAFO is the token representing the fund's GBP share class, which is designed to accept subscriptions from as little as 1 GBP. The fund seeks yields referenced to the SONIA benchmark through fully collateralized total return swaps with major banks, starting with BNP Paribas, while maintaining overnight liquidity.

The shareholder register is hosted across several blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Starknet, Base, Etherlink, and Stellar. CACEIS, part of the Credit Agricole group, acts as depositary bank, PwC serves as auditor, and Chainlink supplies on-chain NAV oracle feeds. The fund is supervised by the French financial markets regulator, the AMF.
