Overview

The Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (SAFO) is a tokenized UCITS fund launched by Spiko together with Amundi, Europe's largest asset manager. EURSAFO is the fund's euro share class token, with subscriptions available from as little as 1 EUR, and the fund is supervised by France's Autorite des marches financiers (AMF).

The fund seeks returns linked to the €STR benchmark through fully collateralized total return swaps with major banks, starting with BNP Paribas, while maintaining overnight liquidity. Its shareholder register is hosted across Ethereum, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One, Starknet, Base, Etherlink, and Stellar, with CACEIS (Credit Agricole group) as depositary bank, PwC as auditor, and Chainlink supplying on-chain NAV oracle feeds.
