Overview

The Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund (STAC) provides tokenized exposure to a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), with a focus on tranches rated AAA. Fund shares are issued as blockchain-based tokens, allowing them to be held and transferred through a simpler process than traditional securities formats.

CLOs are securitized pools of senior secured loans; AAA-rated tranches have historically shown very low default rates, yields that compare favorably with similarly rated corporate bonds, and diversification across industries and borrowers. The fund is structured with institutional-grade servicing and custody provided by BNY, while Securitize supplies the issuance and tokenization infrastructure.
