InfiniFi USD(IUSD)

Overview

InfiniFi USD (IUSD) is an Ethereum-based, US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by the InfiniFi protocol, designed so that one IUSD tracks the value of one US dollar. Users mint IUSD by depositing supported stablecoins such as USDC, and the deposited assets are allocated across the protocol's collateral and yield strategies.

A defining feature of IUSD is its tiered liquidity model, which separates instantly redeemable positions from time-locked positions and applies different yield treatment to each. IUSD is not central bank-issued legal tender, and its ability to hold the peg depends on the composition of its backing and the operation of its smart contracts.
