BNB Attestation Service(BAS)

Overview

BNB Attestation Service (BAS) is an infrastructure protocol designed to create, record, and verify on-chain and off-chain attestations within the BNB Chain ecosystem. It allows data such as identity, credentials, reputation, and ownership verification to be issued as standardized attestations that smart contracts can reference.

BAS follows a structure similar to the Ethereum Attestation Service (EAS) in the Ethereum ecosystem, providing schema registration along with attestation issuance and revocation. It is intended to serve as a base layer for decentralized identity (DID) and social or reputation-based applications on BNB Chain.
