3Jane USD3(USD3)

Overview

3Jane is a credit protocol that provides programmable, asset-backed financing to fintech lenders through warehouse facilities, participations, and forward-flow loan purchases. These facilities are funded through a pooled capital structure made up of USD3 and sUSD3. USD3 is a yield-bearing ERC-4626 token minted by depositing USDC and represents the senior tranche of that structure.

sUSD3 is staked from USD3 and represents the junior tranche, receiving the junior share of pool yield while absorbing losses before USD3 does. 3Jane allocates capital across approved facilities, while the fintech lenders remain responsible for borrower acquisition, underwriting, origination, and servicing.
