개요

Sapien is an AI quality company building Proof of Quality, or PoQ, an evaluation system for AI work. PoQ measures data, reasoning, outputs, decisions, and actions against the customer’s own standard, so teams know what to improve and can ship with confidence.

As AI systems consume more data, perform more reasoning, generate more work, and make more decisions, the amount of judgment required to establish quality grows with them.

The answer cannot be to place an expert behind every piece of AI work. Reliable judgment needs a process, and scarce expertise has to be deployed where it adds the most value.
